JAM’s Rehabilitation and Reintegration Initiative Justice and Mercy (JAM) Community Integrated Project Collaborate with the Probation Department of South Nyanza Region and prisons in Homa Bay County to support the rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates and ex-offenders. Our goal is to foster transformation and community acceptance, helping individuals rebuild their lives positively. How We Support Rehabilitation Prison Visits & Discharge Board Meetings: JAM actively participates in prison discharge board meetings to identify and connect with inmates nearing release. Post-Release Support: We organize life skills training and strategic livelihood linkages to ease the transition back into society. Community-Based Empowerment: JAM engages ex-offenders in kitchen garden projects and tree nursery initiatives, enhancing their income-generating capacity and self-sufficiency. Through these efforts, JAM promotes sustainable livelihoods, social reintegration, and long-term transformation for former inmates, ensuring they become productive members of their communities. Through this we build;a more inclusive and supportive society!
